This Privacy Policy describes how Chatr AI LLC ("LustCrush," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use LustCrush websites, apps, AI chat, character, image, video, subscription, payment, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use the Services, and information from third parties when you choose to connect or use those services with LustCrush.

Information you provide may include your email address, username, account credentials, profile details, communications with support, purchase or subscription choices, and User Content such as chat messages, prompts, character settings, uploaded images, generated images, videos, comments, and other content you create, upload, share, or request through the Services.

Payment information is processed by our payment providers. We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, product or plan information, billing email, and limited payment metadata, but we do not intentionally store complete card numbers.

We also automatically collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, access times, app version, feature usage, approximate location inferred from IP address, cookie identifiers, analytics events, crash logs, and fraud-prevention signals.

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, improve performance, prevent abuse, and understand the effectiveness of our marketing. The Services allow users to create, upload, request, generate, and interact with AI characters and AI-generated content. Your prompts, chats, uploaded media, character settings, and generated outputs may be processed by our systems and service providers to deliver the requested features, maintain safety controls, troubleshoot issues, and improve service quality.

If you make content public, share a character, publish a post, or otherwise choose to make content available to others, that content may be visible to other users and may remain available as described in our Terms and this Policy.

We may disclose information to affiliates, vendors, payment processors, hosting providers, AI infrastructure providers, analytics providers, customer support tools, security and fraud-prevention providers, professional advisors, and other service providers who help us operate the Services.

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process; to enforce our Terms or other agreements; to protect the rights, safety, or property of LustCrush, users, or others; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction; with your consent; or at your direction.

We may use analytics and advertising partners to understand how users find and use the Services and to measure marketing campaigns. These partners may collect or receive identifiers, device information, usage events, and approximate location data through cookies, pixels, SDKs, or similar technologies. Your browser or device may provide controls to limit certain tracking or personalized advertising.

You may update certain account information through your account settings. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in those emails, though we may still send transactional or administrative messages.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, portability of, or restriction of certain personal information, or to object to or opt out of certain processing.
