This Deep Fake Prohibition Policy explains Chatr AI LLC's rules for synthetic, manipulated, or AI-generated content on LustCrush.

Deep Fake content is strictly prohibited on our website and services.

1. Prohibited Deep Fake Content

1. Content that falsely depicts, impersonates, or misrepresents a real person without valid consent.
2. Face swaps, voice clones, body swaps, identity simulations, or other manipulated media that make a person appear to say or do something they did not say or do.
3. Non-consensual intimate, sexual, nude, or adult-oriented synthetic media involving a real person or a person intended to resemble a real person.
4. Content that uses AI or editing tools to deceive viewers about a person’s identity, consent, actions, statements, or participation.
5. Content that depicts or resembles minors in sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise prohibited contexts.

2. User Responsibility

Users may not create, upload, request, generate, publish, share, sell, or promote Deep Fake content through LustCrush. Users are responsible for ensuring they have all required rights, permissions, and consent for any likeness, voice, image, identity, or personal material used with the Services.

3. Enforcement

Deep Fake violations may result in blocked generation, content removal, account restrictions, account suspension or termination, payment restrictions, and reports to law enforcement or other authorities where appropriate.

4. Reporting

Report suspected Deep Fake content or impersonation concerns to support@lustcrush.ai. Please include the content location, a description of the concern, and any supporting information that helps us review the report.
