Content Removal Policy

This Content Removal Policy explains how Chatr AI LLC reviews requests to remove content from LustCrush.

Most content on the Services is generated or configured through AI systems. Even so, users may report content that violates our policies, infringes rights, or appears to resemble an actual person without authorization.

1. Removal Requests

You may request removal by contacting support@lustcrush.ai. Include the URL or location of the content, a description of the concern, and any information that helps us verify your request.

2. Review Process

We review removal requests promptly and may ask for additional information to verify identity, authority, ownership, or the basis for the request. Removal requests and related complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. Illegal or clearly non-compliant content may be removed immediately.

3. Possible Actions

1. Remove, hide, restrict, or de-index the reported content.
2. Disable or edit characters, prompts, metadata, or public posts.
3. Suspend or terminate accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.
4. Preserve limited records where needed for security, legal compliance, dispute handling, or enforcement.

4. Appeal Procedure for Depicted Persons

Any person depicted in content on LustCrush, or an authorized representative of that person, may appeal for removal by contacting support@lustcrush.ai with the content location, a description of how they are depicted, and any information showing that consent was not given, has been withdrawn, is disputed, or is void under applicable law. We will review the appeal, may request additional information from relevant parties, and will remove the content if our investigation determines that valid consent was not given or is void under applicable law. If there is a disagreement regarding the appeal outcome, the disagreement may be submitted to a neutral body for resolution at Chatr AI LLC's expense.

5. Confidentiality

We handle removal requests with care and do not disclose request details except as needed to investigate, comply with law, enforce our policies, or protect rights and safety.
